Thank you for sending such a nice crew to fit our windows! They were unfailingly polite and cheerful, despite several awkward things that turned up as they took the old windows out (mainly due to bodged fit of previous windows!). They also did a fine job of clearing up after the windows were fitted each day.

The windows are beautiful. They look smart and clean and definitely make the house look more loved than it has for a while. The French Doors for the Juliet Window in my son's new loft bedroom look particularly smart, and he can't wait to be in there for the summer, with a lovely view over the fields.

We are already noticing the lack of drafts and the enhanced quiet! At this time of year life is interrupted by the necessary sounds of the gas bird scarers keeping the cherried from being eaten in the orchard acrross the road, and the LOUD BANGS have been reduced to a muffled thump! We expect to find harvest time much quieter as well...

We are also looking ahead to a warmer winter, much less dust and condensation, and not having to paint the frames!
